Stuff The Bus 2026

8th Street Co-Op 3310 8th St. EAST

Rock 102 presents STUFF THE BUS to Support Saskatoon FoodBank & Learning Centre

What started as one person's big idea in 2005 has grown into one of Saskatoon's most beloved community traditions. Saskatoon Transit operator Eroca Pellerin wanted to do something meaningful, so she pitched the idea of filling an entire city bus with groceries for the food bank. The community said yes, and Stuff the Bus was born.

On Thursday, April 16th, 2026, from 8 am to 6 pm, head to Saskatoon Co-op Food Store on 8th (The Centre Mall, 3310 8th St. E) and help us stuff a Saskatoon Transit bus to the absolute brim alongside Rock 102 and a whole lot of Saskatoon spirit. Bring non-perishable food donations, cash, or both. Every contribution goes directly to stocking our shelves for neighbours facing the very real pressure of rising food costs.

How Can I Help

Stuff the bus?

Donate non-perishable food at the event. Our most-needed items include baby food and formula, canned protein, hearty soups and stews, peanut butter, and whole-grain cereals.

Make a cash donation. Every dollar helps us stretch our bulk buying power to restock supplies for families in need. Donate here: https://saskatoonfoodbank.org/donate

Start collecting today. Register for a collection barrel and begin gathering donations early. We will pick up the barrels before the event with the help of the Saskatoon Paramedic Association. Register for a barrel here! Scroll down to the form.
