Canpotex has accepted the Hunger Action Month Challenge!
Saskatoon is home to Canpotex, which sells and delivers Saskatchewan potash overseas. They are committed to global food security and inspiring growth around the world, including here in Saskatoon.
With an amazing sense of community, the Canpotex team aims to improve the quality of life here in Saskatoon by supporting initiatives that fight child hunger. Their goal is demonstrated by their support of our Milk for Children Program. Canpotex is matching up to $50,000 in donations to the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre’s Milk for Children Program!
“Last year, our fellow community members stepped forward with donations and as a result, we were able to provide the full $50,000 match to the Milk for Children program, which translated into approximately 65,000 litres of milk to children and expectant and nursing mothers. Our goal is to reach this level again this year and we encourage you to donate to this important program,” said Ken Seitz, President and CEO of Canpotex. “Food security is at the core of what Canpotex does, and we are proud to support programs like this that help nourish children.”
