Not sure what to do with all those radish greens? Try this simple recipe to turn them into tasty, healthy, crunchy oven-baked chips!
- 1 cup Radish greens
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
1. Remove stems from radish leaves.
2. Place radish greens in a medium bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss by hand until leaves are evenly coated.
3. Lay greens on baking sheet. They can be placed close together, but if they overlap they will be soggy.
Bake at 400°C for 5-8 minutes – getting the right baking time might take a little trial and error! Keep an eye on them the first couple times so you can figure out how you like them best, as they crisp up quickly. Enjoy!
