The Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre will leverage the power of community and social media during this national movement to encourage Saskatoon residents to Do Something Amazing this holiday season.

To celebrate Giving Tuesday, a group from the Two Twenty, a co-working space home to many of the city’s creative and progressive industries and businesses, have committed to volunteer their time and skills to the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre. They are also organizing a food drive for baby formula during the month of December and will be sharing their volunteer experience on our blog.

Anyone can get involved in #GivingTuesday by participating in the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre’s Do Something Amazing Project, a celebration of the best in all of us. Whether it’s making a meal for someone, volunteering, or giving a donation to charity, the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre wants to hear about it.

Saskatoon residents are encouraged to share their stories of giving and receiving on One Story, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram using #amazingYXE to motivate the masses!
