A night of delicious, food, drinks, and stellar experiences.
By way of promoting our beautiful province and the city of Saskatoon across the artistic and culinary landscape of Canada, we throw an annual extravaganza, each with a different theme.
This year we are celebrating the wonderful diversity and many facets of the arts.
On August 18th we'll be hosting a 120 person fete of dining, music, fine wine and craft cocktails. This year's proceeds will be donated to the Saskatoon Food Bank, which is committed to ensuring a food secure community where all people have access to safe, affordable, and nutritious food.
Guests will be welcomed with live acoustic music on the roof top terrace of the Alloy Collision Centre where canapes and cocktails abound. Following this the guests will make their way to the dining room where they will be served an incredible 6 course, fine dining, tasting menu, with each course prepared by one of Top Chef Canada's season 6 contenders. Throughout the course of the meal, performance based intermezzo's will wow the guests. From poetry, to ballet, to opera with the accompaniment of the symphony and amazing jazz musicians; guests will be able to take in all the beauty that Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Canada have to offer.
Guest Chefs include:
- Jinhee Lee - Executive Chef, Foreign Concept (Calgary, AB)
- Elia Herrera - Executive Chef, Los Colibris (Toronto, ON)
- Matt Sullivan - Executive Chef, MLSE (Toronto, ON)
