FoodFit is a 12-week program developed by Community Food Centres Canada for low-income community members who experience barriers around healthy eating and physical activity and who are motivated to make lasting changes to their health.
Each class will focus on cooking healthy meals together, doing a 30-minute physical activity, and learning more about fitness and nutrition.
